A:lifetap-immo-coe-cb-conf-inci as filler and redo the rest when it's needed and lifetap every 40 sec

Q: What kind of DPS can you do during Patchwerk on heroic difficulty?
A:don't know... havn't tried him on hc yet

Q: What are the important things to keep in mind for your class to maximize DPS?
A:food buff, flask and redo the dots and spell that i use
